We collect only the information needed to respond to course, olympiad, and partnership inquiries, including contact and affiliation details submitted through the form.
Information we collect
When you email us or submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, Telegram username, applicant type, school, university, organization or affiliation, selected subject, message, and basic anti-spam verification data.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your inquiry, respond by email, and coordinate relevant course, olympiad, or partnership follow-up.
Service providers
The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and an SMTP email provider to deliver the message to the organizing team.
Retention
Messages are kept only as long as needed for follow-up and program administration, then deleted when no longer useful.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your message by writing to the verified email address.
